$200 for initial walkthrough and consultation
*Depending on the luxury level of the property, starter packages begin at $1800 for the first month. This price includes: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, primary bedroom, 1 bathroom, and the entryway. The monthly rental fee after the first month is $750. More details specific to the property will be included in the project proposal report.
