Deb Smith
Founder, Interior Designer, ASID Allied
Deb Smith is an Interior Designer and certified E-Designer, specializing in designing for vacation rental investment properties. Her additional certification in Home Staging helps her understand the importance of staging for the best photography results, so that your investment stands out to customers.
She has a natural love for art & design. Additionally, Deb has many years of experience in office management and understands how important details are to keeping a business running. She managed social media for multiple businesses for a consultant firm, so she understands the value of branding as an investment.
She loves her Boston Terriers and adores traveling with her 3 children.

Co-Founder
Natalie Smith is an Entrepreneurship graduate from Colorado Christian University with a passion for creating beautiful, meaningful spaces. With a background in real estate, she understands the value of thoughtful presentation and strategic marketing when preparing a property for sale.
Today, she combines her business expertise, market knowledge, and eye for design to help clients transform their spaces with style, purpose, and functionality. When she's not working with clients, Natalie enjoys traveling, teaching Pure Barre classes, and spending time with friends and family.
